He was predeceased by: his parents, Hjalmar Kopperud and Ida Kopperud (Thompson). He is survived by: his wife Lillian Tommeraus of Kathryn, ND; his stepdaughter Doreen Hartz; his stepgranddaughter Anna Hartz; his sister-in-law Shirley Hanson; Jacob Mueller, Shelby Smith and Jessica Skeie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
