She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kennedy and Ellen Kennedy (Anderson); her husband James; her sister Phyllis; her brother-in-law Leo Pulskamp; and her nephew Brian Widley.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Ann Allen (Jeffrey) of Peoria, AZ and Jeffrey Binger (Marie) of Spring Creek, NV; her grandchildren, Derek, Carter Allen, Samuel, Hayden and Lydia Binger; and her sister Roberta Pulskamp of Grand Rapids, MN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the West Funeral Home & Life Tribute Center (321 Sheyenne St, West Fargo, ND 58078). A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fargo National Cemetery (8709 40th Ave NW, Harwood, ND 58042).
