She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Simonson and Martha Simonson (Wambach); her daughter Monica Morris; and her granddaughters, Christine Hellerud and Faith Barnes.

She is survived by: her husband Roger Weiss of Fargo, ND; her children, Rhonda Jenson (Steven) of Fargo, ND, Dawn Weiss, Cory Weiss (Tammi) and Maria Barnes; and her brothers, James Simonson (Butch) of Fargo, ND and Bernard Simonson. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
