Charles Edward Foley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Edward Foley (Fargo, North Dakota), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 7, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Foley and John Foley; his wife Margaret Foley; and his brothers, Joseph and Raymond.
He is survived by: his children, Colleen Sveum, Cathy Hamre, Chris Niederer (John), Curt Foley (Sheila) and Clark Foley; and his grandchildren, Amanda Bentow (Bret), Colore Sveum (Chandra), Carston Hamre, Zachary Niederer (Cameron), Michael Niederer (Ashley), Madeline Niederer (Aaron Partridge) and Colton Foley.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A rosary was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 6:45 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boulger Funeral Home (123 10th St S, Fargo, ND 58103). A vigil service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (1420 7th St N, Fargo, ND 58102).
Memorials can go to either HIA Hospice or Northern Pines of Minnesota.
