He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Thielman and Viola Thielman (Poehls); his great grandchild Theodore Seefeldt; his sisters, Marlis Olsen (Ed), Janice Langdahl (Allen) and Beverly Goreham (Lyle); and his siblings-in-law, Janice Thielman, Glen Gumeringer (Ann) and Robert Gumeringer (Mildred).
He is survived by: his wife Jean (Roholt); his children, Sandra Seefeldt (Claire) and C. Gregg Thielman (Laurie); his grandchildren, Sean Seefeldt (Sarah), Miles Seefeldt (Cara), Aaron Seefeldt, Charlie Thielman (Claire), Mason Thielman, Anna Seefeldt and Emelia Harper (Josiah); his great grandchildren, Isla, Josie, Colton, Peter Seefeldt and Rosemary Thielman; and his brothers, Allen Thielman (Carol) and John Thielman.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A rosary was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 6:40 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 9:40 AM to 10:00 AM. A prayer was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Boulger Funeral Home (123 10th St S, Fargo, ND 58103). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Cathedral (619 7th St N, Fargo, ND 58102).
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to encourage donations be made to HIA Hospice and masses for Charlie.
