It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel R. Lerfald of Fargo, North Dakota, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Lerfald and Edith Lerfald (Tannahill); his former wife Cynthia D. Larson; and his brothers, Arden and Sid.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ambeuhl; his children, John Lerfald (Jenna) of Waconia, MN, Allison Haile (Jacob) and Fargo; his grandchildren, Ellie, Sophia Lerfald, Jaiden and Cynthia Haile; and his siblings, Arne Lerfald (Cindy), Neil Lerfald (Kathy), Lois Welman (Greg), Cyndy Holter (Michael), Evy Schilling (Jim), Sue Grimstad (Greg) and Becky Tastad (Mark). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
