She is survived by: her mother Marlys "June" Hammer; her husband Mike Lachowitzer of Vergas, Minnesota; her children, Jake Lachowitzer of Fargo and Tarin Peterson (Thomas) of Cedar Falls, Iowa; her sisters, Linda Jaakola (Edward), Lois Greisen (Pete) and Judith Trader (Terry); and her nieces and nephews, Derek, Anthony Jaakola, Brandon (Samantha), Ben (Jodi), Dustin Greisen (Kelli), Lindsey Singh (Markus) and Taylor Trader. She is also survived by seven cousins; countless friends; and many former coworkers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Roger Maris Cancer Center in Fargo.
