She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Rehak and Arlene Rehak (Ogden); and her siblings, Debbie Molzahn, Clint and Roy Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Gaylen; her children, Jeannie Kasper (JR) and Jimmy Kollman (Tami); her stepchildren, Jason Schroeder (Alice Etzel), Chris Schroeder and Jennie Maltby (Aaron Gaymer); her siblings, Gloria Kinney (David), Alan Rehak (Janice) and Bennett Rehak (Rosie); and her sister-in-law Darcy Rehak. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
