He is survived by: his daughter Vera Neiman (Jim); his siblings, Richard Foss (Rita) of Devils Lake, ND and Carolyn Bryl (Bernard) of Tomball, TX; and his sister-in-law Idelle Foss of Devils Lake, ND..
