He is survived by: his wife LaRae Fischer; his children, Rob (LuAnn) of Crookston, MN, Jeff (Jesse) of Phoenix, AZ, Marcia Burroughs (Dave) of Fort Worth, TX and John of Langdon, ND; his grandchildren, Noah, Megan, Thomas, Paris, Cade, Lucas, Saul and Alyx; his great grandchildren, Elleanor and Nomia; and his siblings, Harvey (Patty), Gary (Liela), Danny (Laurie), Joyce Anderson (Chuck) and Patty Bata (Joe). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (210 5th Ave W, West Fargo, ND 58078). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
