He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Anders and Wayne Lundberg; his grandparents, Harley and Ruby Cotton; his sister Christel Clark; and his nephew Craig Parkhurst.
He is survived by: his son Mathew of Monroe, WI; and his siblings, Margie Lewis (Duane Iverson) of Oakes, ND, Bev Lewis of Fargo, ND, Alan and Richard Lewis of Oakes, ND. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and cousins.
