He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Cloyed and Earl Triptow Jr.; and his brother Michael Triptow. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Kae Triptow; his children, Shannon Martin (Samuel), Jason Triptow (Alexa), Michael Triptow, Kelly Ann Triptow, Thaddeus Chance (Crystal) and David Triptow; his grandchildren, Amber Triptow, Lexi Triptow, Jocelyn Triptow, Pattrick Martin, Justin Triptow, Aidyn Martin, Jayden Triptow, Zoey Triptow, Ruby Spencer, Brennan Triptow, Asher Spencer, Winona Chance, Izahia Martin, Vincent Chance and Jesse Triptow; his brothers, Richard Triptow, Thomas Triptow (Sherry) and Roger Windsor (Star); his parents-in-law, Tom and June Bonderman; his sister-in-law Stacey Leatherwood (Jim); and his niece Selina Comans (Jason). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
