Genevieve Tougas Obituary

In loving memory of Genevieve Tougas of Fargo, North Dakota, who departed this world on October 4, 2025 at the age of 92. Genevieve leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Genevieve is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Nilles and Mary Nilles (Kuklok); her husband Raymond Tougas; her son Mike; and her siblings, Bea Frovarp, Rosemary and Jerome Nilles.

She is survived by: her son Greg of Frisco, TX; and her sister Lois Hovden of Fargo, ND.

Genevieve was employed as an RSVP Volunteer primarily with St. Vincent de Paul and Prairie Public Television.
