She was predeceased by: her parents, George Eichelberger and Evylin Eichelberger (Hemple); her husband Marvin M. Mechtel; her son Matthew; her brothers, Steve and Richard; and her pet Honey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mindy Wetzel (Wylie) of Woodbury, MN and Melissa Rogne (Cory) of Fargo; her grandchildren, Katherine, Margaret Wetzel, Max and Isla Rogne; and her siblings, Joe (Shirley) of Fargo and Lynne Dhaliwal (Basant) of Livermore, CA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
