He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephraim Goehring and Stella Goehring; his brother Curtiss Goehring; and his stepson Pete Welch. He is survived by: his daughters, Candace Herbel and Deborah Sauvageau (Seth); his grandchildren, Drew Renz, Lacey Renz, Saige Herbel, Noah Sauvageau and Keaton Sauvageau; and his brother Dell Goehring of Sioux City, Iowa.. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home (215 7th St S, Fargo, ND 58103). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
