With sadness, we share the passing of Gloria Carol Ottem of Fargo, North Dakota. Gloria, born on July 18, 1943, passed away on September 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Gloria for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Goter and Helen Goter (Schultz); and her brother Donald Paul Goter. She is survived by: her daughter Kristin Leigh Ottem of Fargo; her brother Stanley Goter (Ila Jeanne); her nieces, Paula Hegele (Roger) of Maui, HI, Denise Peterson (Jerry) of Edgewood, WA and Kristina Goter of Jamestown, ND; and her nephew Daniel Goter (Courtney) of Puyallup, WA. She is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews; as well as cousins and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home (215 7th St S, Fargo, ND 58103). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
