He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Tomczak; his stepchildren, Brittny and Stephan; his grandchildren, Piper and Buckley Grossman; his siblings, Thomas (Vivian) of Georgia, William (Linda) of Kentucky, James (Erna) of Kentucky, John (Adrian) of Kentucky, Brenda of Kentucky, Doug (Jennifer) of Kentucky, Paula of Kentucky and Jeff (Dawn) of Kentucky; and his sister-in-law Michele of Texas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.
