He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Lien (Sherry) of Fargo, ND and Daniel Lien (Denice); his grandchildren, Brad Lien of Gwinner, ND, Zach Shafer of Fargo, ND, Amanda Ford (Don) of Dresser, WI and Michael Shafer of Fargo, ND; his great grandchildren, Halle Lien, Hunter Lien, Hudson Lien and Russel Ford; and his son-in-law Joel Shafer.
