She was predeceased by: her parents, Alpha Rheault and Lorraine Rheault (Villiard); and her sisters, Diane Qualey and Louise Coggin. She is survived by: her husband Allen Richter of Fargo, ND; her sons, Brian Richter (Tina) of Fargo, ND, Michael Richter (Cazandra) of Tacoma, WA and John Richter (Becky) of Fargo, ND; her grandchildren, Austin, Cody Richter, Anthony (Stefanie), Abigail, Jo Berger, Ian Richter, Caity Chap and Jayce Chap; her siblings, Robert (Nancy), Ron Rheault (Barb) of Fargo, ND and Terry (Kim); and her brother-in-law Jerry Qualey of Fargo, ND. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
