He is survived by: his wife Rae Holte (Richardson); his children, Levi Holte (Elisha), Rachel Holte, Adam Holte, Ben Holte (Joanna), Jacob Holte and Zach Holte (Kate); his grandchildren, Julie, Zaden, James, Ariel, Claire, Robby and Maggie; his great grandchild Novian; and his siblings, Brad Holte (Michelle) and Jodi Rogers (Mike).
