With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jemimah Audu (Fargo, North Dakota), who passed away on November 21, 2025 at the age of 13. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her birth father Iliya Audu; her brother Jamal Audu; her grandfathers, Gabriel Okpeh and Audu Duhu; and her aunt Brooke Hernandez.
She is survived by: her parents, Sarah Gabriel and Johnny Cox; her siblings, Jethro Audu, Jimmy Cox of Reno, NV, Mary-Jane Cox of Reno, NV and Angelica H; her grandparents, Sheila Gabriel (Minna), Trudy and Micheal Denny of Modesto, CA; and her aunts and uncles, Anita Masagbok of Chicago, IL, Mary Elimian of Port Harcourt, Josephine Usman of Port Harcourt, Joy Ajeni of Port Harcourt, Faith Abbas of Abuja, Hauwa Audu of Abuja, Nana Shaba of Abuja, Rhoda Wampama of Abuja, Tara Williams of Fargo, ND, Sunny Gabriel of Fargo, ND, Fola Akinnusi of Fargo, ND, Seun Markus of Fargo, ND, Jeremy Denny of Modesto, CA, Patrick Denny of Bemidji, MN, Emmanuel Gabriel, Ota Benson of Houston, TX and Ayuba Audu.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Northview Church (3401 25th St S, Fargo, ND 58104). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
