He was predeceased by: his parents, William Middendorp (Bill) and Nellie Middendorp (Van Beek); and his brothers, Marvin Jerry Middendorp and Wilmer Middendorp. He is survived by: his wife Pattie; his children, Matt (Lorayne), Mike (Heidi), Michelle of Clinton, Jerri (Katie) of Los Gatos and Kayla (Kenny) of Fargo, ND.; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Isaac, Ashton, Amelia, Emily, Isabella, Abigail, Olivia, Wrennyn, Arlo, Ava Grace and Elijah. He is also survived by many brother and sister in laws, an aunt, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
