He is survived by: his children, Chad Berndt (Amanda) of Fargo and Dana Murray of Fargo; his sister Valerie Geringer (Jim) of Harwood; his stepsister Patsy Madsen (David) of Hunter; his grandchildren, Harper, Avery and Dalton; his nephews, Jeremy Stopa (Jami) of West Fargo and James Hanson of Williston; and his niece Christina Graham (Chuck) of Fargo. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
