She is survived by: her husband Frank Leo Kohoutek, Jr. of Fargo, ND; her children, Linda of Grand Forks, ND, Frank III (Laurie) of Kokomo, IN, Kathleen of Ada, MN and Karen Joan (Eric Wicklund) of Fargo, ND; and her grandchildren, Levon (Cassandra Rott) of Moorhead, MN, Stephen (Christine) of Kapolei, HI, Geoffrey of Fargo, ND, Daniel of Moorhead, MN, Caitlin Bertsch (Hayden) of Grand Forks, ND, Richard Farroh of Grand Forks, ND and Christina Goergen (Brian) of Kokomo, IN. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
