He is survived by: his wife Vonnie Bakken; his sons, John M. Rostad, Jr. (Teresa) of Eden Prairie, MN, Jerald Rostad (Tami) of Fargo, ND and Jeffrey Rostad; his grandchildren, Sarah, Justin, Braden, Taylor (TJ), Joshua and Rachel; his stepgrandsons, Craig and Scott; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Ellie, Ryan, Logan, Edison, Roman, Wren and Maren.
Memorials preferred to Pontoppidan Lutheran Church or the Salvation Army.
