It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Ann Helgaas (Fargo, North Dakota), who passed away on April 21, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harriet Engelter and George Engelter; her former husband James Schauer of Leukemia; her husband Maynard Helgaas; her children, Sarah Jarrell (Brad), Jim Schauer (Amanda) and Tom Schauer (Summer); her grandchildren, Cooper, Spencer, Stone, Claire, Etta, Sienna and Leni; her sister Barb Studenka; and her stepchildren, Ann Kumm, Kathryn Burgum, John Helgaas and Julie Dunwoodie.
Donations can be made in her honor to the Gethsemane Episcopal Church in Fargo, North Dakota.
