She was predeceased by : her parents, Wally Schoenwald and Margaret Schoenwald. She is survived by : her husband Larry Grinaker; her children, Jackie Nichols (Josh) of Waconia, MN, Peggy Kitsch (Justin) of Washington, DC and Ryan Grinaker of Fargo, ND; her sisters, Sandy Henry (Dale) of Minot and Mary Nearhoof (Niles) of Andover, MN; her aunt Luella Helle; her grandchildren, Christopher and Sarah Nichols of Waconia; her nieces, Michelle Kramer and Kristine Fisher; and her nephew Jason Henry.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Boulger Funeral Home (123 10th St S, Fargo, ND 58103). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
