She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Irven A. Myhra and Rose Myhra; her husband Bruce A. Leverson; her children, Jackie Sayler (Steve), James Leverson, John Leverson, Janet Leverson and Joel Leverson (Julie); her grandchildren, Cory Sayler (Lori), Danielle Steckler (Jeff), Helen Leverson and Erin Leverson; and her great grandchildren, Owen, Isaac, Everett, Cooper and Nash.
Kay requested memorials be sent to the Immanuel Lutheran Church Giving to God's Firm Foundation (GFF).
