He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Hoggarth and Mavis Hoggarth; his brothers, Richard and Todd; and his sister-in-law Vicki Hoggarth.
He is survived by: his children, Shawn Cooper and Lissette Ritchie; his siblings, Keith, Doris Skunes, Steve (Christine), Chuck (Susan), Larry, Vicky Roux, Roger (Theresa) and Tracie Johnson (Corey); and his aunts, Donna Bruse, Violet Mustain and Marlys Young. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bethany Retirement Living (4255 30th Ave S, Fargo, ND 58104).
