He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Rusten and Dorothy Rusten (Close). He is survived by : his wife Maxine Whaley; his children, Randy Rusten (Carla), Loren Rusten, Matt Rusten (Margi), Geneal Knudsen (Dave) and Karen Johnson (Todd); and his grandchildren, Josiah, Shaina Kitts (Jared), Talia Edwards (Mason), Moriah Thomas (Nick), Lucas Knudsen, Drew, Olivia and Owen. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
