He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Booth (Gensler); his wife Barbara Gust; his children, Adam and Megan; his grandsons, Gunner Schwantes and Evan Booth; his siblings, Loren Booth and Amanda Booth; and his close friend Dan Ness. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
