He is survived by: his wife Solvi Thorsø; his sons, Roar Rommesmo (Joni) and Paul Rommesmo (Colleen); his grandchildren, Roar Michael Rommesmo (Sarah), Bjorn Rommesmo (Brittany), David Rommesmo (Liz), Emily Murch (Tony) and Sarah Rommesmo (Jeff Spencer); and his great grandchildren, Karsten, Thea Rommesmo, Elijah Rommesmo, Finley and Millie Spencer.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to HIA Hospice.
