Paul Anderson wrote a sympathy message

“Long before Kurt became a doctor he was a friend. We were roommates at Ubangi Academy at Karawa, Democratic Republic of Congo 1963-1964. We shared the multi-grade classroom with Miss Ford as our Teacher. Although we did not keep in touch since our time in Congo and Central African Republic, I have many memories of our time and adventures together. The best roommate I ever had at UBAC. Photo of Kurt and siblings from CAR 1964. Thankfully Kurt is present with his Lord and Savior for eternity.”

Lori Gibbons-Nelson wrote a sympathy message

“I like so many are saddened by the death of Dr. Lindquist. Dr. Lindquist was a kind caring individual that I have always said " you just feel better after being around him". In the years I worked with Dr. K he never once spoke a negative word to me. He was beloved by the staff as well as the veterans. I truly feel privileged to have had the opportunity to work with and learn from him. He had tremendous respect from all the staff. He lived his life with amazing grace and dignity. RIP”
