He was predeceased by: his wife Tammy; and his sister Susan Chaput. He is survived by: his children, Cory Chaput (Nicole) of Fargo, N. D. and CynDee Smith (Richard) of Fargo, N. D.; his grandchildren, Khloe, Jaxon Smith, Carter and Carson Chaput; his parents, Del Chaput and Evelyn Chaput of Cooperstown, N. D; and his siblings, Kim Hook (Jerry) of Fargo and Lisa Nordtvedt (Many) of Walcott, N. D. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
