He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kelly and Norean Kelly (Jones); his in-laws, Lloyd and Helen Dotzenrod; his siblings, Jean, Orv and Denny; his siblings-in-law, George, Bill, Joe, Jean and Vonnie; and his nephew Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Kelly; his children, Cory Kelly (Laura) of Webster Groves, Missouri and Julie Wanner (Keith) of Watertown; his stepgrandchildren, Macy and Jackson Garrett; his siblings, Jerry Kelly (Karen Westrick), George Kelly, Charlotte Lancaster, Kathy Robinson, Shirley Petry (Tim) and Carol Bell (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Sue Kelly, Joanne Kelly, MaryEllen Haberman (Doug), Carole Rowe (Rick) and Tom Dotzenrod (Lynda).
