He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Eggert; his daughter Lori Fillipi (Jim); his grandsons, Chase and Aiden Fillipi of Bemidji, MN; his son Michael Samson (Joleen); his grandchildren, Zackary and Jasmine Samson of Shakopee, MN; his son Justin Samson of West Fargo, ND.; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Grenz (Dick), Colleen "Bea" Tait (Gary), Allan Eggert (Jan), Patricia Conway (Mike) and James (Marie). He is also survived by three children and four grandchildren.
