He is survived by: his sons, Alan Niemann (Janet) and Kevin Niemann (Jan DeYonge); his grandchildren, Amanda, Justin (Monita) and Jason Niemann (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Opal, Cove, Harper, Alder and Noah; his siblings, Irene Ponsford (Keith) and Arthur Jr. Niemann (Deb); and his brother-in-law Allen Christensen (Bonnie).
