He is survived by: his wife Bonita Bohnsack; his daughter Lavonne Haugen; his grandchildren, Melanie Wahl (Dan) and Joshua Haugen (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Amelia, Sophie and Brianna; his siblings, Ronald Rotvold, Lyle Rotvold (Marlene), Jan Elkins (Terry), Darrell Rotvold (Kay) and Roger Rotvold (Kathy); and his stepsiblings, Margie Devlin (Bill), Darlene Garrett (Wayne) and Roger Offerdahl (Joanne).
