We are sad to announce that, on December 20, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Lowell Neale Biel of Fargo, North Dakota, born in Java, South Dakota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred C. Biel and Dorothy Biel (Huber); his siblings, Earl and Allegra Hirsch; his wife Violet Simpson; his stepson Dale Lukes; and his stepgranddaughter Kathy Lukes.

He is survived by: his children, Mark Biel (Joyce) of Bismarck, ND and Danielle Bosch (Darrell) of Bismarck, ND; his grandchildren, Kara Kniert (Brian), Mari Golden (Sam), Alexis, Jordan Bosch, Steven, Reagan Kniert, Andrea and Melanie Golden; his niece Vanessa Goehring; and his nephews, Greg and Toby Biel.
