He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Smith and Florence Smith (Jendro); his brothers, Doug and Harley Smith; and his parents-in-law, Frank and Lucille Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Smith; his children, Shawn Smith (Angei Koltes) and Kristin Faris (Kenny); his grandson Dylan Faris; his siblings, Dennis Smith (Teri), Ray Smith, Richard Smith (Karen), Brenda Lusty (Rex) and Brad Smith (Tammy); his siblings-in-law, Dave, Bonnie Johnson, Dawn Smith and Judy Smith; and his pet Socks. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews; several grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
