It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maris Stella Korb (Fargo, North Dakota), who passed away on February 16, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Maris' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Maris has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Korb and Anna Korb (Janowski); and her siblings, Ethel Hettwer, Jeanette Korb, Harvey Korb and Eileen Beck.
She served in this position until 2014 when she experienced the onset of Alzheimer's Disease.
