He was predeceased by: his son Scooter; his parents, William Fraase and Margaret Fraase; and his siblings, Phillip (Marlys), Gretchen Martin (Edwin) and Antoinette Babcock (William).
He is survived by: his daughter Heather (Travis); his grandchildren, Caroline, Alyse and Holden; and his siblings, Stephanie Baasch (David) and William (Jan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages you to honor Tinker in your own way—by sharing a story, placing a bet on a good horse, playing a hand of bridge, or spending time with the people you love.
