He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Heller and Ida Heller (Werth); his son Corby Heller; and his sisters, Dorothy Moran and Evangeline Geizler.
He is survived by: his wife Angie Heller; his children, Leah Walters (Kevin) of Nevis, MN, Richard Heller (Sandra) of Detroit Lakes, MN and Rachael Agre (Kyle) of Fargo; his grandchildren, Dalton Heller, Erin Walters, Cole Heller (Caitlin), Paige Walters, Jessica Wilson (Brady), Amelia Peterson (Troy), Jordan Grossman (Seth), Tony Agre, Sami Heller and Claire Walters; and his sisters, Violet Sannes (Don) of Moorhead, MN and Elaine Huhner (Bud) of Prior Lake, MN.. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations made in Merlyn's name to Hospice of the Red River Valley.
