He is survived by: his father Charles Leonard (Pat); his sons, Michael Leonard Jr., Daniel Leonard, Walter Leonard and Carrigan Leonard; his stepdaughter Kaitlynn Shaw; his grandchildren, Daryl Culbertson, Alexander Barnes, Keith Barnes and Kylie Scott; his siblings, Dewey Kirkland (Stephanie Baily), Charles Leonard, Eli Kirkland, Nick Kirkland and Glenda Dixon; and his stepsister Daniele Owens (David). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
