He was predeceased by: his wife Penelope Schilling; his parents, Daniel and Lydia; his stepmother Rica; his siblings, Philip, Ira, Earl, Daniel, Lena and Phoebe (Boots); his nieces, Phyllis, Karen, Polly, Denise and Barbara; and his granddaughter Nicole.

He is survived by: his children, Norm, Moorhead, Pick, Kim (Marilyn), Todd (Diane), Robin (Theresa), Minda (Dennis), Jill (Brian) and James. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
