He is survived by: his son Ross Michels (Jessica Rykowsky) of Fargo; his grandsons, Shay Michels, Liam Michels and Kamden Lee; and his siblings, Vic Michels (Cande) of Grand Forks, ND, Barb Dick (Steve) of West Fargo, ND and Jan Michels of Post Falls, ID.
