He was predeceased by: his mother Carole Hebert; and his spouse Shannon. He is survived by: his father Richard "Dick" Hebert (Audrey); his children, Allyson, Alex, Emma, Troy, Tyra and Trey; and his siblings, Tami and Chris (Bobbie Jo).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the New Life Center (located at 1902 3rd Ave N, Fargo, ND 58102).
