She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Ferrie (Nelson) and Kenneth Ferrie; her husband Joel Thurlow of Fargo, ND.; and her brother David Ferrie. She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Lebo (Thurlow); her grandsons, Jake Lebo and Josh Lebo of Algonquin; and her brothers, Curt Ferrie (Marilyn), Lynn Ferrie (Linnae) and Larry Ferrie (Teresa).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Phyllis may be made to City of Hope to support innovative research focused on curing and treating pancreatic cancer.
