We are sad to announce that, on January 31, 2023, at the age of 94, Phyllis Stoa of Fargo, North Dakota, born in Calvin, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ted; her parents, Bernerd Quigley and Edith Quigley; her siblings, Mike, Neil Quigley and Patsy Baldwin; and her sister-in-law Marjorie Stoa.
She is survived by: her brother Pat Quigley; and her children, Ted (Sharon), Dan (Sherry), Judi (Kathleen Jameson), Connie Grotte (Monty), Larry (Deb), Monica Fritz (Lyle), Angie Lipp (Terry) and Jon (Beth). She is also survived by 26 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
