He is survived by: his wife Virginia Peterson; his sons, Richard Junior Henke (Martha) and Robert Henke; his close friend Linda Steen; his stepchildren, Terry Owens, Chris Steen and Bill Steen; his siblings, Jeanette Larson and Paul Henke; his nephews, Kevin Carpenter and Randy Earles; his grandchildren, Briawna, Bailey, Bradley, Brooke, Emily, Jace, Sierra, Eden, Amelia, Isabel and Emma; Terry Owens, Bill and Chris Steen.
